Job summary

PEG, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented construction professional to oversee the inspection and execution of its Risk Management Program across residential, multi-family residential, and light commercial developments. The role focuses on protecting quality, reducing risk exposure, and enhancing client confidence throughout the building process.

Through paid hands-on training, the selected candidate will monitor projects from foundation through turnover, ensure compliance with program standards,

Qualifications

• 3 - 7 years of Residential Construction Experience, including the entire building process from concrete to turnover to builder.
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications/licenses as required (e.g. ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade 1).
• OSHA 10-Hour and/or 30-Hour Certification is not required but is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activity to ensure structures are inspected within the established parameters of the Risk Management Program.
• Attend client and community orientation and kickoff meetings.
• Review product specifications to ensure applications meet the manufacturers' specifications.
• Coordinate with client contractors as needed to complete Risk Management Program.
• Maintain construction documents and schedules on SharePoint.
• Ensure daily inspections and field reports are conducted in each assigned site.
