Job summary

PEG, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented construction professional to oversee the inspection and execution of the company’s Risk Management Program across residential, multi-family residential, and light commercial developments.

This role monitors projects from foundation through final turnover, ensures compliance with standards and codes, and coordinates with clients and contractors to reduce rework and protect margins.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of residential construction experience from concrete to turnover.
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications/licenses as required.
• OSHA 10- or 30-Hour certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inspections within the Risk Management Program and ensure timely reporting.
• Attend client orientations, kickoff meetings, and comprehensive plan reviews.
• Oversee startup of new sites, daily field reports, and coordination with contractors.
• Maintain site blueprints and documentation; coordinate with clients to resolve issues.
• Resolve client conflicts, ensure reports are understood, and provide training as needed.
• Stay current on codes and suggest efficiency improvements to protect margins.
