PEG, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented construction professional to oversee the inspection and execution of its Risk Management Program across residential, multi-family residential, and light commercial developments. The role requires monitoring projects from foundation through turnover, ensuring compliance with standards, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of Residential Construction Experience
• Willing to obtain additional certifications/licenses as required (e.g. ACI, OSHA)
• OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activity within the Risk Management Program on assigned sites.
• Attend client orientation and kickoff meetings; review product specs.
• Maintain construction documents and schedules in SharePoint; coordinate inspections.
