Job summary

PEG, LLC seeks a detail-oriented construction professional to oversee the inspection and execution of its Risk Management Program across residential, multi-family, and light commercial developments. The role focuses on protecting quality, reducing risk, and maintaining client confidence throughout the build process.

Qualifications

• 3 - 7 years of Residential Construction Experience.
• Willing to obtain additional certifications/licenses as required (e.g. ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade 1)
• OSHA 10-Hour and/or 30-Hour Certification is not required but is a plus

Responsibilities

• Monitor construction activity to ensure inspections adhere to the Risk Management Program.
• Coordinate inspections and maintain documentation for each site.
• Oversee startup of new sites and ensure daily field reports are completed.
• Coordinate with clients and contractors to resolve field issues and improve adherence to standards.
• Address client feedback and drive continuous improvement across sites.
• Stay current on codes and communicate changes to management.
