Job summary

General Mills is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to drive in-store sales, merchandising, and distribution across designated territories in Montana. The role focuses on maximizing incremental sales through strategic partner relationships and effective presentations.

You will leverage data to support store-level selling, manage retail priorities, and communicate market insights to leadership. A valid driver's license and willingness to relocate within MT are required.

Qualifications

• Must live within 30 miles of Missoula, Great Falls, or Helena, MT or be willing to relocate within 30 days.
• Proven ability to sell and represent General Mills brands.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Experience using tablets and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maximize incremental sales and displays based on in-store observations and selling to key decision makers.
• Deliver sales results with strong negotiating skills.
• Develop partnerships with territory decision makers to overcome objections and maximize sales.
