2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to visit retailers across your territory, educate on the client’s financial services, and strengthen merchant relationships. You will act as the face of the brand in the field, ensuring merchants understand program benefits and delivering a positive customer experience at each location.

This full-time, field-based role requires a reliable vehicle, daily travel in Clinton Township and surrounding areas, and the ability to manage a busy

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
