Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to drive merchant engagement and product awareness across the assigned territory. You will visit retail locations daily, educate merchants on the client’s financial services, and support in-store branding and POS placement to maximize visibility.

The role requires strong communication, reliable transportation, and the ability to manage a daily travel route with a focus on relationship building and measurable activity reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented with good problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within territory and engage with merchants professionally.
• Educate merchants on client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, address concerns, ensure understanding.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Communicate results and feedback to Retail Operations.
• Travel to major markets and events for launches to promote products.
