2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to build retail partner relationships, educate merchants on our client’s financial services, and drive program visibility across your territory. • High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Audit and record merchant feedback and competitive promotions; travel to major markets and events.
