Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to build retailer relationships, educate merchants on our program, and drive field-based growth across the Detroit market. You will visit local retailers, represent the brand, and deliver exceptional customer experiences daily.

The role requires a personal vehicle, valid license, and MVR screening, with a 10% monthly bonus opportunity and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months of sales, promotion, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your territory and engage with merchants.
• Educate merchants on client programs and benefits.
• Provide on-site support and answer questions.
• Place in-store signage and maintain branding.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet territory goals.
