Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to visit assigned retailers, educate merchants on the client’s financial services, and strengthen brand presence across the territory.

You will drive in-store engagement, place POS materials, answer questions, and document visits with mobile tools while collaborating with leadership to hit territory goals. This field-based role requires reliable transportation and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Six (6) months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your territory and engage with merchants.
• Educate new merchants on client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support and answer questions to ensure merchant understanding.
• Manage point-of-purchase signage in-store.
• Document visits and track activity with mobile tools.
• Travel within assigned territory to major markets and events.
• Meet quarterly visit goals and weekly in-store time goals.
