Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to visit local retailers within a defined territory, educate merchants about financial services and program benefits, and support business growth. You will be the face of the brand in the field, building relationships and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

This role requires a personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and successful MVR screening.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
