Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to build retailer relationships, educate merchants on the client’s financial services, and support business growth across your market area. You will travel within your territory visiting local retailers, representing the brand, and ensuring a strong customer experience.

The role requires a personal vehicle, valid license, proof of insurance, and MVR screening. Schedule is Monday–Friday with competitive pay and training support.

Qualifications

• Personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and successful completion of an MVR screening.
• Six months of prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and customer satisfaction commitment.

Responsibilities

• Visit and engage retailers in your assigned territory in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Educate merchants on client products, financial services, and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure understanding.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Collaborate with leadership to meet territory goals and coverage expectations.
