Job summary

2020 Companies, Inc. is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to build relationships with local retailers across your territory, educate merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits, and ensure a strong customer experience at each location.

This field-based role requires daily retailer visits, a personal vehicle, and reliable transportation. You will work with leadership to meet territory goals, place POS materials, and document activities using mobile tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months sales or retail experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required.

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retailers to educate merchants on program benefits.
• Place POS materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits using mobile tools and report activity.
• Meet territory goals and cover daily route.
• Travel within territory for major markets and events.
