2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to build retailer relationships, increase program visibility, and support growth in your territory. You will visit local retailers, educate merchants on services, and ensure a strong customer experience daily.

The role is field-based with 22–35 visits per day, traveling within the assigned territory and coordinating with leadership to meet goals. Comprehensive benefits and company devices are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Six months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 15 lbs. at a time.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Reliable transportation within assigned territory.

Responsabilités

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants professionally.
• Educate new merchants on client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools.
• Work closely with leadership to meet territory goals.
• Partner with the client to train and advocate client products at the retailer.
• Audit and report merchant feedback and competitive activity.
• Travel to major markets and events for launches to promote products.
• Contribute to launch-related activities as needed.
• Communicate activity to Retail Operations in a timely manner.
