Job summary

2020 Companies is seeking a Retail Engagement Specialist to build retailer relationships, educate merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits, and drive program adoption across your territory. This field-based role requires daily travel to local retail locations and delivering on-site support.

You will maintain POS materials, document visits through mobile tools, and work with leadership to meet territory goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months prior sales, promotion, retail, or marketing experience.
• Excellent communications, presentation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit retail locations within your assigned territory and engage with merchants in a professional, relationship-focused manner.
• Introduce and educate new merchants on the client’s financial services and program benefits.
• Provide on-site support, answer questions, and address concerns to ensure merchant understanding and confidence.
• Place and maintain point-of-sale materials and branding in-store.
• Document visits and track activity using mobile tools and reporting systems.
• Work closely with leadership to ensure territory goals and coverage expectations are met.
