Job summary

FieldCore in Cambridge, MA is hiring a Resource Manager II to allocate staff to outages and projects, based on skills, availability, and performance. You will oversee training, mobilization, pay, contracts, and crew performance with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The role requires 8+ years in the field, plus 3+ years managing employees, and a strong background in power generation or related industries. Travel and flexibility are expected.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assign employees to jobs based on skills, availability and performance.
• Manage field employees including contracts, vacations, reviews and mobilization.
• Serve as primary contact for training, pay and assignments; resolve concerns.
• Recruit and hire prospective employees; manage field personnel and contracts.
• Assemble balanced crews and optimize composition using data sources.
• Collaborate with other Resource Managers to cover gaps across regions.
• Ensure regulatory training, immigration documents and travel clearances.
• Provide performance feedback and conduct annual reviews.
