Job summary

Computacenter is seeking an Onsite Resource Manager to lead resource coordination across field teams for Rapid Data Center Deployment sites in the US. You will translate project work plans into daily field execution, manage dispatch, attendance verification, and site compliance to meet milestones safely and on schedule.

You will actively resolve staffing bottlenecks, enforce timekeeping discipline, and oversee multi‑vendor site dynamics to maintain an audit-ready and productive field workforce.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in onsite operations, workforce management, or field coordination.
• Experience managing multi‑vendor teams and dispatching crews.
• Direct hands‑on experience with timekeeping, shift handoffs, and resource allocations.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main point of contact for onsite resource coordination across employees, contractors, and partners.
• Maintain daily communication with site leadership regarding staffing status and progress.
• Route risks and staffing gaps through site governance to WFM leadership.
• Build and maintain site-level shift schedules aligned with project timelines.
• Direct shift start/end reconciliations and reallocate capacity as needed.
• Monitor attendance, exceptions, and timekeeping for accurate reporting.
• Oversee partner labor execution to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Coordinate onboarding and clearance for incoming field personnel.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure completed work is inspected and reflected in plans.
• Produce daily site workforce reports detailing headcount and risks.
