Qualifications

• 5+ years of roofing experience and knowledge of roofing systems (built-up, EPDM, PVC).
• Ability to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
• OSHA 30-hour certification required; RRO preferred but not required.
• Must read, write, and speak English and have a valid driver’s license.
• Pre-employment drug test required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, efficiency, and quality of WTI field service projects.
• Lead crew, manage start/end times, and ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct daily onsite safety briefings and hazard analyses.
• Coordinate with Supervisor and Sales Reps; review time reports and projections.
• Manage inventory, orders, and tool availability for projects.
• Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500 and escalate proposals over $20,000 for review.
