Job summary

Tremco CPG Inc. is seeking a Field Resource Foreman to lead WTI projects at customer sites, ensuring safety, quality repairs and efficient crew management. You will coordinate with Sales Reps, WTI crews and customers to keep projects on schedule and within scope.

The role requires deep roofing experience, strong communication, and the ability to monitor inventory and drive timely cycle counts. Tremco offers a comprehensive benefits package and competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in the commercial roofing industry.
• Must be thoroughly familiar with built-up, EPDM, PVC, and other low-slope roofing systems and how to properly repair them.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily onsite safety briefings with the Sales Rep, customer and WTI crew.
• Ensure project communication and scheduling are completed before work begins.
• Manage crew start/end times, production rates, and ensure tools/materials are available.
