Job summary

The Tremco WTI Field Resource Foreman leads safety, efficiency, and quality across WTI field service projects in the Tampa area. Safety is the top priority and will be embedded in every discussion, meeting, and project, with the Foreman serving as the clear leader of the crew.

Responsibilities include managing the crew, coordinating daily tasks and schedules, ensuring tools and materials are available, and delivering timely service while monitoring risks and quality.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel out of town, including overnight stays.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Able to work weekends and holidays when needed.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, efficiency, and quality of WTI field service projects.
• Lead field crew and manage daily start/end times and productivity.
• Coordinate communications with Sales Reps, customer, and crew daily.
• Prepare pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
• Submit proposals over $20,000 for supervisor review.
