Job summary

Tremco seeks a WTI Field Resource Foreman to lead safety, reliability, and quality for field service projects in the Grand Rapids region. You will supervise crews, ensure timely execution, and maintain strong customer communication.

You will manage schedules, materials, and daily reports, with a focus on safety and efficiency, while coordinating with supervisors and sales reps as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in roofing or construction operations preferred.
• Ability to travel out of town including overnight stays.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily onsite safety briefings with the crew and customer.
• Manage crew start/end times, productivity, and tools/materials.
• Prepare end-of-day/project walk-throughs and address punch list items.
• Coordinate with Supervisor on schedules and communications.
• Review time reports and assist HR as needed.

Education

OSHA 30-hour certification

Registered Roof Observer (RRO) preferred

DOT certification or ability to pass

Valid driver’s license
