Job summary

Tremco is seeking a Field Resource Foreman to lead WTI field service operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality. The Foreman oversees crew performance, manages schedules, and ensures timely service while minimizing risk across the Houston region.

The role requires five years in roofing, OSHA 30 certification, and strong communication skills. Candidates must be able to travel, pass a drug test, and work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of roofing industry experience.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily on-site safety briefings with Sales Rep, customer, and crew.
• Coordinate communications with Supervisor, Sales Rep, crew, and customer.
• Manage crew start/end times, productivity, and materials to meet scope and safety standards.
• Complete end-of-day or end-of-project walk-throughs and address punch-list items.
• Ensure field reps present professionally and interact with customers positively.
• Order, track, and monitor inventory; perform quarterly cycle counts.
• Provide pricing for self-performing projects over $12,500.
• Submit proposals over $20,000 to Supervisor before GS Administrator review.
• Monitor and resolve employee work-related issues with HR escalation as needed.
• Coordinate project schedules with Supervisor.
• Review time reports and coordinate corrections with Admin team.
• Attend meetings and trainings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor or Regional Business Manager.
