Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Value Acceleration Engineer to work directly with customers, build automated workflows, and deploy production solutions within the Salesforce AI Labs team. You’ll write JavaScript/TypeScript, partner with customers, and help turn deployments into scalable tools.

Eligible candidates have 5+ years in related roles, experience with enterprise integrations, and a track record of shipping production software. Expect significant travel for hands-on sessions and launches.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Ability to write and debug JavaScript or TypeScript and reason about web applications, APIs, and data flow.
• Experience shipping production software and diagnosing failures.

Responsibilities

• Build directly with customers to select workflows, define success, and secure test access and data.
• Write custom JavaScript tools when existing capabilities cannot complete a task.
• Debug failures across browser behavior, agent execution, application state, and backend services.
• Turn deployment lessons into reusable tools and tests; establish support ownership.
• Expect approximately 40-60% travel for customer discovery, hands-on build sessions, and launches.
