H.O. Penn Machinery is seeking a Compressed Air and Temp Control Rental Sales Representative in Bronx, NY (Medford, NY also considered).

The role focuses on selling rental and equipment solutions for industrial air and temp control, building relationships with contractors and end users, and expanding market share. You will maintain CRM records, develop proposals including equipment, freight, setup, and rental terms, and coordinate with operations, service and credit to ensure smooth transactions

Qualifikationen

• 5-7+ years outside sales, rental sales, or business development experience.
• Knowledge of compressed air, generator, temperature control, or industrial equipment applications preferred.
• Experience in power systems, compressed air, HVAC, temperature control, construction equipment, or related industries preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving revenue and sales growth objectives.
• Experience managing customer relationships and developing new business opportunities.
• Experience using CRM systems for opportunity management, forecasting, and reporting.

• Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, expected close dates, revenue forecasts, and customer activity.
• Develop competitive proposals that include equipment, accessories, freight, setup, service, and applicable rental terms.
• Develop and secure rental and sales opportunities with end users, contractors, and re-rent accounts to drive revenue growth and expand market penetration.
• Collaborate closely with operations, service, and credit teams to ensure seamless execution of rental transactions, from order processing and equipment readiness through delivery, service support, and billing.
