Job summary

HVAC RNTL is a fast-growing HVAC rental company delivering portable cooling equipment and related services to commercial customers across the United States. We seek a highly motivated Rental Sales Representative to focus on New Jersey, New York, Delaware, and Washington DC markets, building relationships, closing deals, and driving revenue.

You will develop a sales plan, manage accounts, perform cold calling, coordinate with operations, and ensure timely delivery and collections while supporting

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct B2B sales experience.
• Proficient with CRM systems to track contacts, opportunities, proposals and orders.
• HVAC equipment knowledge preferred.
• Construction/mechanical contracting industry knowledge preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds; comfortable driving a large truck and pulling trailers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Establish a customer base by calling on regular and prospective commercial customers and soliciting orders.
• Develop and achieve the Annual Sales Plan with revenue and growth targets.
• Quote prices, terms, delivery dates, and credit terms per established process.
• Demonstrate products using samples or catalogs and highlight features.
• Prepare reports of business transactions and expenses within set timeframes.
• Coordinate with Sales Manager and Rental Coordinator on contracts and collections.
