Job summary

Rent Pro Equipment in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Rental Account Manager to drive rental revenue through territory management, jobsite penetration, and new customer acquisition. You will build strong customer relationships and work with the branch team to deliver excellent service with a safety-first culture.

The role includes field work, client visits, CRM tracking, and collaboration with Rental Coordinators and the GM to align sales with inventory and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of outside sales experience in equipment rental or related industrial services is preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships and close deals.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts and expand rental opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Maintain accurate daily activity and opportunity records in CRM.
• Coordinate with branch team to ensure contracts, scheduling, and safety compliance.
• Build relationships with contractors and project managers to drive repeat business.
• Collaborate with Rental Coordinators and GM to align sales with inventory and operations.
• Promote a safety-first culture during field visits and ensure equipment is safe and compliant.
