U-Haul is seeking a Field Relief Manager to cover General Managers on leave at centers in the Madison area. You will enforce policies, review programs, and support store operations to ensure consistent customer service.

The role requires 1-3 years of retail management, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. Starting salary around $50,000+ per year, with comprehensive benefits and career advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience in retail or service industry with responsibility for financial results and customer satisfaction.
• P&L accountability experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for General Managers on leave by enforcing policies and inventory practices.
• Review implementation and assist at centers to stay apprised of all programs.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
• Hire and educate new team members.
