Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Field Relief Manager to cover General Managers on leave across our centers in the area. You will enforce policies, monitor inventory, and deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining program adherence.

The role requires 1–3 years of management experience in retail or service, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work weekends. U-Haul offers career stability and ongoing training through U-Haul University.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of management experience in retail or service industry with responsibility for financial results and customer satisfaction
• P&L accountability experience in high-volume retail environments
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Computer literacy and familiarity with basic software
• High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for General Managers on leave by enforcing policies and inventory practices.
• Review implementation and assist centers to stay apprised of all programs.
• Engage in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
• Hire and educate new team members.
