Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Field Relief Manager in Tulsa to step in for General Managers, ensuring smooth operations and strong customer service at our centers. You will cover for absences, enforce policies and support daily operations.

Responsibilities include staff training, program reviews, and ongoing education through U-Haul University, with weekends and holidays required. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience in retail or service industry with responsibility for financial results and customer satisfaction.
• Previous management proficiency in high-volume retail with profit and loss accountability.
• Valid drivers license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage for General Managers on leave by enforcing policies and inventory practices.
• Review implementation and assist at centers to stay apprised of all programs.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
• Hire and educate new team members.
