U-Haul is seeking a Field Relief Manager to cover General Managers on leave and ensure consistent customer service across centers. You will enforce policies, manage inventory practices, and support program implementation while participating in ongoing company education.

This role requires 1–3 years of retail management, P&L accountability, and weekend/holiday availability. A valid driver’s license and strong computer skills are essential for success in a dynamic field environment.

Qualificações

• 1–3 years of management experience in retail or service industry with responsibility for financial results and customer satisfaction.
• P&L accountability in previous roles.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Proficient computer skills for reporting and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide coverage for General Managers on leave by enforcing policies and inventory practices.
• Review implementation and assist at centers to stay apprised of all programs.
• Participate in ongoing U-Haul education through U-Haul University.
• Hire and educate new team members.
