Job summary

ServiceMaster of Seattle is seeking a Relationship Manager to work in King County, primarily out in the community. The role focuses on building relationships with referral partners and local businesses and includes field meetings, community events, and professional representation of the company.

You’ll maintain a high level of organization, manage activity in a simple CRM, and collaborate with operations to support client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong conversational and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable meeting new people daily.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Willing to travel/field-based work.
• Sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners and local businesses.
• Spend most of your time out in the field (meetings, drop-ins, community events).
• Represent our company professionally and warmly in the community.
