Job summary

YWCA Seattle | King | Snohomish is seeking a Community Resource Manager to coordinate program resources, build partnerships, and lead seasonal giving initiatives across King and Snohomish counties. The role supervises food bank operations and works closely with program leadership to ensure donor stewardship and effective resource distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with four years of relevant nonprofit/resource coordination experience.
• Experience supervising or leading staff or volunteers.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to multiple sites.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate program resources across YWCA programs, including purchasing and distribution.
• Build and maintain relationships with community partners and donors.
• Plan and manage seasonal giving and participant events.
• Oversee the YWCA Central Area Food Bank operations and supervision of staff.
• Develop systems for tracking requests, inventory, donations, and distribution.
• Collaborate with program leadership to balance resource needs across sites.
