Job summary

ServiceMaster of Seattle is seeking a people-first Relationship Manager to build and nurture partnerships across King County. This field-based role emphasizes face-to-face connections, autonomy, and community engagement.

You will spend your days in the community, meeting referral partners and local businesses, while coordinating with operations to meet client needs. Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with limited desk time.

Qualifications

• Strong conversational and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable initiating conversations and meeting new people daily.
• Self-motivated and organized with good follow-through.
• Enjoys variety in the day and being on the move.
• Prior sales, customer service, hospitality, or community-facing experience is a plus!

Compensation & Benefits

Benefits available for full-time (30 + hours a week) employees:

Vacation –

This position offers an hourly rate of $23 - 25/hr, plus bonuses. The pay range including bonus and base last year was $56,600 - $70,000.
