Job summary

Valeris, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Field Reimbursement Training to lead enterprise FRM training strategy and curriculum.

You will design onboarding, role-based learning paths, and scalable programs across multiple manufacturer clients and therapeutic areas to improve reimbursement education and patient access support. The role requires formal training leadership experience, strong facilitation and collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of healthcare reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical patient access, reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, or healthcare services experience.
• 5+ years supporting Field Reimbursement, Patient Access, Case Management, or related customer-facing programs.
• 3+ years of training, coaching, learning and development, or leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare reimbursement processes and patient access services.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise FRM training strategy and onboarding programs.
• Create role-specific learning paths for new hires and leaders.
• Build scalable training solutions for multiple manufacturer programs and therapeutic areas.
• Lead certification programs to ensure competency before client engagement.
• Deliver ongoing coaching and competency evaluations for FRMs.
• Collaborate across Operations, Client Services, Compliance, HR, and Learning & Development.
• Measure training outcomes and report on program effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with FDA, HIPAA, and company policies.
