Job summary

Valeris, a leading life sciences commercialization partner, seeks a Senior Manager of Field Reimbursement Operations to lead FRMs, optimize client programs, and ensure reimbursement excellence. This role partners with senior leaders to drive performance, compliance, and customer success across therapeutic areas.

The position requires extensive field travel, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and the ability to coach high-performing teams while delivering strategic program enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in reimbursement management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of healthcare reimbursement, market access, or field reimbursement experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience leading remote field teams strongly preferred.
• Experience with manufacturers, specialty pharmacies, and provider offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for an assigned team of Field Reimbursement Managers.
• Coach and develop FRMs through regular interactions and field observations.
• Monitor program activities, workload, and reimbursement trends.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows and ensure compliant documentation.
• Support client meetings, QBRs, and presentations.
• Travel with FRMs to provide coaching and ensure execution consistency.
• Lead performance management, recognition, and development plans.
