Valeris is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to help eliminate barriers for patients and improve access to therapies. You will educate healthcare provider offices on proper billing and coding, resolve access issues, and work with HUB, PAP, and other stakeholders to streamline reimbursement processes.

You will partner with Sales, Payer, and Managed Markets teams, conduct reimburse­ment training, and stay current on national and regional payer trends. Travel up to 10% is required.

Formación

• 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare with specialty products or payer support.
• Experience educating HCP offices on billing and coding for products.
• Knowledge of medical benefit verifications and prior authorization processes.
• Ability to conduct virtual and in-person reimbursement education.
• Familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid structures and commercial payers.

Responsabilidades

• Solve patient access issues across hubs, providers, and client teams.
• Educate HCP offices on patient support programs and payer rules.
• Lead onsite education on payer coverage and J-codes.
• Guide providers through prior authorizations and appeals.
• Coordinate with patient support and reimbursement teams on cases.
• Monitor national/regional payer trends and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and adherence to SOPs/BRDs.
• Travel up to 10% as needed for national meetings and training.
