Valeris seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to remove patient access barriers and educate healthcare providers on appropriate billing and coding for client products. You will collaborate with Hub teams, payer staff, and sales to optimize reimbursement outcomes across sites of care.

The role requires strong knowledge of medical benefit processes, prior authorizations, and education delivery in a field and onsite setting. Travel up to 10% and HIPAA compliance are part of the job.

Formación

• Associate degree or higher in a related field or equivalent market experience.
• 3+ years in pharma/healthcare with specialty products experience.
• Direct experience with specialty dermatology products preferred.
• Experience with practice management, billing and/or coding for drugs, biologicals, or devices.
• Knowledge of commercial payer, Medicare and Medicaid structures and reimbursement processes.
• Ability to conduct virtual and field reimbursement education.
• Experience with Prior Authorizations, reimbursement billing, coding, and appeals.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Solve patient access issues by collaborating with Hub, provider offices and client field team.
• Educate HCP offices on patient support and payer coding policies.
• Lead onsite education of program rules, payer coverage, and J-codes when needed.
• Guide providers through prior authorization and appeals processes including documentation.
• Coordinate with patient support programs and billing staff on cases and issues.
• Educate office staff on client reimbursement tools and programs.
• Surveil payer policies regionally to ensure proper coding, coverage and payment.
• Lead sales training related to product reimbursement where appropriate.
• Report reimbursement concerns to Sales and Managed Markets teams.
• Monitor national and regional payer trends and coordinate with Managed Markets to avoid issues.
• Operate in HIPAA-compliant manner and adhere to SOPs.
