Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to help eliminate barriers for patients and increase access to therapies. You will educate provider offices on billing and coding for client products, collaborate with HUB and third-party vendors, and act as the subject-matter expert on medical benefit reimbursement across various sites of care.

Responsibilities include training providers and staff, resolving reimbursement issues, and coordinating with Sales, Payer Teams, and Managed Markets

Qualifications

• Must have billing and coding experience for drugs, biologicals, or devices.
• Strong knowledge of commercial payer, Medicare and Medicaid processes.
• Experience conducting virtual and field-based reimbursement support and education.
• Experience with Prior Authorizations and appeals processes.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex patient access issues across Hub, provider offices and client field team.
• Partner with Sales, Payer Teams, Marketing, HCPs and Specialty Pharmacies to drive reimbursement support.
• Educate HCPs and office staff on Patient Support Programs and program rules.
• Lead onsite education of program business rules and payer coverage.
• Manage daily activities supporting patient access across relevant sites of care.
• Review billing and coding for products and help resolve reimbursement issues.
