Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager for Botox Therapeutics to educate on reimbursement pathways, payor policies, and Buy & Bill. This field-based role requires travel across the territory, including San Jose, CA, with responsibilities spanning payer strategy, clinical documentation, and patient access.

You will partner with Market Access, Sales, and Compliance to remove access barriers and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in a health care related field.
• Experience in Sales, District Management, Hospital, Managed Markets, Access and Reimbursement.
• Payer/insurance coverage experience with Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Commercial and Medicaid.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Educate on reimbursement, payer landscape, and Buy & Bill.
• Identify access barriers and provide actionable insights.
• Monitor updates from payers regionally and nationally.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Market Access, Sales, Marketing, Compliance.
• Provide feedback on approval requirements and access barriers.
• Educate accounts on tools to support patient access.
• Lead without authority and influence cross-functionally.
• Deliver crucial conversations professionally.
• Engage in Field Input Teams with innovative solutions.
• Ensure compliance with AbbVie requirements.
