Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to expand patient access to therapies nationwide. You will resolve reimbursement barriers, educate provider offices on billing rules, and coordinate with HUB, payers, and third‑party partners to optimize outcomes.

You will lead regional education initiatives, monitor payer trends, and ensure compliance with program guidelines while supporting patients, providers, and clients across multiple sites of care.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in a related field or equivalent market experience.
• 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare industry; working with specialty products, hubs, payers or related area.
• Preferred: direct experience with specialty dermatology products.
• Must have experience with practice management, billing and/or coding for drugs, biologicals, or devices.
• Knowledge of payer policies including public and private payers and prior authorization requirements.

Responsibilities

• Solve complex patient access issues by coordinating with hubs, offices, and client field teams.
• Partner with Sales, Payer, Marketing, HCPs and specialty pharmacies to expand access to therapy.
• Educate HCPs and office staff on patient support programs and reimbursement policies.
• Lead onsite education of program rules, payer coverage, and J-code reviews as needed.
• Guide providers through prior authorization and appeals with required documentation.
