Job summary

Valeris is a fully integrated life sciences commercialization partner dedicated to improving patient access to therapies. The Field Reimbursement Manager will resolve patient access issues, educate offices on billing and coding, and collaborate with HUBs, payers, and provider teams across multiple sites of care.

The role requires expertise in Prior Authorization, Appeals, and reimbursement program education, with travel up to 10% and adherence to HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher education in a related field or equivalent experience in pharma/healthcare settings.
• Experience in payer policies, prior authorizations, and reimbursement processes.
• Experience delivering reimbursement education to HCPs and office staff.
• Familiarity with hub services, patient assistance programs, and payer communication.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Solve patient access issues by coordinating with hub teams and provider offices.
• Collaborate with Sales, Payer Teams, Marketing, and HCPs to expand access to therapy.
• Educate HCPs and office staff on patient support programs and reimbursement rules.
• Occasionally lead in-office sessions on program rules and payer coverage.
• Guide providers through prior authorization and appeals processes.
