Valeris is a leading life sciences partner focused on patient access and payer engagement. We seek a Field Reimbursement Manager to resolve access barriers, educate provider offices on billing and coding for our therapies, and partner with HUB and downstream teams to optimize patient outcomes.

You will work across multiple sites of care, collaborate with Sales, Payer, and Managed Markets teams, and stay current on national payer policies. Travel up to 10% is required.

Formación

• 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare industry; working with specialty products, hubs, payers or related area.
• Must have specific practice management, billing and/or coding experience for drugs, biologicals, or devices.
• Knowledge of commercial payer, Medicare and Medicaid structures and reimbursement processes.

Responsabilidades

• Solve patient access issues by coordinating with hubs, provider offices, and client field teams.
• Educate providers on patient support programs and reimbursement processes across sites of care.
• Lead educational sessions with HCP offices on payer rules and coding (J-codes, etc.).
• Manage daily activities supporting patient access and resolving reimbursement hurdles.
• Monitor payer trends and communicate reimbursement concerns to Sales and Managed Markets.
