Job summary

Valeris, a leading life sciences commercialization partner, seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to drive patient access by resolving payer issues and educating healthcare offices. You will work with HUB, Copay Card, and PAP programs to support coverage and authorization processes across sites of care.

You will collaborate with sales, managed markets, and office staff, providing program knowledge and a proactive approach to ensure successful reimbursement outcomes.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent market experience.
• 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare industry with specialty products, hubs, payers or related area.
• Direct experience with specialty dermatology products preferred.
• Must have practice management, billing and/or coding experience for drugs, biologicals, or devices.
• Knowledge of commercial payer, Medicare and Medicaid structure and processes.

Responsibilities

• Resolve patient access issues across Hub, provider offices and client field team.
• Educate office staff on Patient Support Programs and payer requirements.
• Lead onsite education of program business rules, payer coverage, J-codes and related activities.
• Guide providers through prior authorization and appeals, handling documentation and outcomes.
• Coordinate with patient support services representatives on cases and claim issues.
• Educate staff on client patient assistance and reimbursement tools.
