Valeris seeks a Field Reimbursement Manager to remove barriers to patient access and educate providers on billing and coding for client therapies. You will partner with HUB, payer teams, sales and managed markets to drive reimbursement strategies across sites of care.

The role emphasizes deep knowledge of prior authorizations, appeals, and payer trends, with up to 10% travel to support national meetings and training initiatives.

Formación

• Associate's degree or higher in a related field or equivalent market experience.
• 3+ years in Pharma/Healthcare industry with exposure to specialty products, hubs, payers, HCP or related area.
• Experience with Prior Authorizations, reimbursement billing, coding, and appeals process.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct virtual and field-based reimbursement support and education.
• Knowledge of commercial payer, Medicare and Medicaid structure, systems, and reimbursement process.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve patient access issues by coordinating with HUB, provider offices and client field team.
• Educate offices on billing and coding for client products and on patient support programs.
• Lead onsite education for HCP offices on program rules and payer coverage.
• Coordinate with patient support services representatives on patient cases and claim issues.
• Travel up to 10% to attend national meetings, trainings and POAs.
