Job summary

Neovance L.P. is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to serve as a strategic reimbursement partner for healthcare providers navigating coverage challenges.

You will educate, consult, and collaborate with provider offices to support patient access to therapies, while working with HUB teams and client stakeholders to remove barriers to therapy and drive measurable access outcomes. This field-based role requires independent work in the field, travel up to 80%, and strong collaboration with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in reimbursement, market access, HUB services, pharmaceutical sales/marketing, or healthcare consulting.
• Demonstrated knowledge of payer policy, patient access workflows, and specialty pharmacy landscape.
• Experience in a field-based role engaging directly with healthcare providers preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record; ability to travel up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver reimbursement education to provider offices on payer policies and prior authorizations.
• Conduct on-site and virtual engagements aligned with brand strategy.
• Identify patient access barriers and provide compliant, actionable solutions.
• Partner with internal HUB teams and client stakeholders on territory strategy and site visit objectives.
• Share field insights related to payer trends and reimbursement challenges.
• Serve as liaison between HUB services and providers to streamline communication.
• Utilize HUB data and field reporting to inform territory routing and call planning.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and mentorship.
