Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to support reimbursement and patient services for a defined territory. This client-facing role involves on-site or remote education on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, and insurer landscapes, with travel and CRM reporting.

You will build relationships with physician offices and manufacturers, manage case work, and participate in quarterly client updates while ensuring knowledge of Medicare and commercial plans.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of healthcare related reimbursement experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and on-demand education for reimbursement challenges and services.
• Educate on Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization, Medicare and Commercial coverage.
• Reimbursement support on case management, billing updates, and claims submission.
• Set up appointments, outbound calls, and interface with physicians/manufacturers.
• Monitor program performance and report trends to management and clients.
• Research provider information for reimbursement database.
