Job summary

Valeris seeks a Senior Manager, Field Reimbursement Operations to lead a team of Field Reimbursement Managers across programs, ensure reimbursement excellence, and deliver superior client service. You will partner with Senior Directors to drive performance, compliance, and rollout of new initiatives, while managing cross-functional relationships and field travel as needed.

The role requires a strong background in healthcare reimbursement, 5+ years in the field, and 2+ years leading remote teams,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of healthcare reimbursement, market access, specialty pharmacy, or field reimbursement experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or team lead experience preferred.
• Experience leading remote field teams strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting specialty, rare disease, oncology, immunology, or other complex therapeutic areas preferred.
• Experience working with manufacturers, specialty pharmacies, and provider offices.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership and oversight for an assigned team of Field Reimbursement Managers.
• Coach, mentor, and develop FRMs with regular one-on-one meetings and field observations.
• Foster accountability, collaboration, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
• Manage onboarding and development plans for new hires; assist with interviewing and selecting new team members.
• Monitor reimbursement services execution; ensure documentation is timely and compliant.
• Partner with Operations to optimize workflows and improve efficiencies.
• Represent the team in client meetings, business reviews, and strategic planning.
• Travel with FRMs or conduct virtual coaching to ensure execution consistency.
