Zusammenfassung

Valeris seeks a Director of Field Reimbursement to lead and develop high-performing reimbursement teams across multiple pharmaceutical programs. You will partner with clients and internal leaders to deliver education, patient access support, and payer expertise while ensuring compliance and KPI achievement.

You will shape strategic deployment, resource planning, and cross-functional collaboration across operations, quality, analytics, and training, while traveling up to 75% to support field

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of FRM leadership experience.
• 8+ years in pharmaceutical reimbursement, patient access, market access, or specialty pharmacy.
• 5+ years of people leadership experience.
• Experience leading field-based teams and strong knowledge of payer processes.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop a team of Field Reimbursement Managers across programs.
• Partner with clients and internal leaders to ensure program success and KPIs.
• Oversee operations, SLAs, and quality standards for reimbursement services.
• Provide leadership on medical/pharmacy reimbursement, prior authorizations, and appeals.
• Drive strategic planning, resource forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous process improvements.
• Travel up to 50-75% as required.
