Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare, life sciences, nursing, or related field preferred.
• Seven years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience.
• Three+ years in field reimbursement, patient access, specialty pharmacy, or related areas.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefit reimbursement.
• Ability to analyze and resolve reimbursement/access challenges.
• Strong understanding of specialty pharmacy operations and patient support services.
• Must reside within the assigned territory and be able to travel.
• Valid driver's license and extensive travel.

Responsibilities

• Advance patient access and reimbursement through education and pull-through activities.
• Educate providers and staff on reimbursement processes and financial assistance.
• Analyze complex reimbursement issues and develop strategies to improve access.
• Coordinate with HUB and partners to support enrollment, benefits investigations, and prior authorizations.
• Serve as local reimbursement expert for Sales, Market Access, and leadership.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans with stakeholders.
• Build relationships with providers, pharmacies, patient support partners, and teams.
• Identify barriers and implement compliant solutions to improve access.
• Document interactions and maintain records in company systems.
• Ensure compliance with policies, privacy, and regulations.
• Manage business travel and expenses within guidelines.
