Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; healthcare, life sciences, nursing, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned healthcare provider accounts and patient cases within a defined geographic region to advance patient access and reimbursement for Redemplo®.
• Deliver reimbursement education to healthcare providers, office staff, and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze complex reimbursement and access issues and develop strategies to facilitate patient access within policies.
• Coordinate with HUB, specialty pharmacy, and approved partners to support enrollment, benefits investigations, prior authorizations, and appeals.
• Serve as local reimbursement and access expert for Sales, Market Access, and regional leadership.
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to optimize patient access and customer support.
• Build collaborative relationships with providers, office staff, specialty pharmacies, patient support partners, and cross-functional teams.
• Identify reimbursement barriers and implement compliant solutions to improve access and experience.
• Document customer interactions in approved systems and ensure compliance with policies.
